이건 Machine Learning을 위해 사용되는 Training Data를 80:10:10으로 나눠서, 80으로 Training 시키고 CV 10%로 최적의 K 값을 구한 후 Test data 10%로 최적값 K를 검증(?)하도록 구성해야 한다...고 이해를 하였습니다. (도영주님의 폭넓은 지식으로 이해를 하였습니다. ^^)
